With a degree in accounting science from the Luzwell Administration and Accounting Science College, Kalley Silva has worked in finance and administration for 17 years, at companies in diverse segments, such as the Club Athletico Paulistano, the Camargo Corrêa Group and Ambev, where he stayed for six years.

He joined the Pertra team in 2011, as an administrative-financial coordinator.
