WCGIC 2010 - Barcelona

We organized a trip of eight Sanofi-Aventis guests to the WCGIC (World Congress on Gastrointestinal Cancer) 2010, in Barcelona, Spain.
We were responsible for the RSVP, air tickets issue and lodging reservations, congress registration and all logistical support during the event.
We also promoted a special dinner at El Tablao de Carmen, a traditional restaurant featuring a flamenco show.
All guests received a customized travel guide of Barcelona, specially developed by Pertra.
